diod_getlock: user@host:/path: Invalid argument

Problem: I noticed a dozen or so of these messages while running flux-core regression tests in a diod home directory in host picl7:

Failed tests are getting a sqlite error:

Nov 25 18:12:51.079860 UTC 2025 content-sqlite.err[0]: setting sqlite 'journal_mode' pragma: disk I/O error(3850)

This may be worth running down and at least documenting since sqlite is a pretty common embeddable database.
