Allow automatically map policies with framework requirements in Chainloop contract

We are currently defining a requirement mapping for sine policies in the Chainloop contracts. However not explicitly defining this mapping would allow Chainloop Platform automatching to automatically map the requirements with the policies verification with custom and built-in framework requirements. Also, removing them will remove any dependency on requirement changes.
