[FEATURE] Add hotpost in Network struct

It would be nice to be able to see if a Network is an hotspot or not.
I suppose it should go in the Network struct.

I think that `fn mode(&self) -> Result<u32, Error>;` in https://github.com/zibebe/networkmanager-rs/blob/master/src/devices/wireless.rs does that.
