Use custom cif file as template

My objective is to guide the prediction of a viral protein towards the pre-fusion conformation (normally, it is predicted in the postfusion conformation); to do so I am using a custom .cif with the correct conformation of a different variant for which I have the structure.

Is it possible to indicate that specific .cif file to be used as a template during the prediction?

Thanks for your interest and the suggestion! Currently, this feature is not yet supported in the official codebase. We've noted your request and will keep you posted once we add support for it in a future update.
