Add configurable option to hide password-based authentication on the side bar

Currently, the standard login method appear every time there's no logged in user,
in case the google/facebook authentication is preferred, we should simply hide the standard password box and show it upon manual request (just like it's currently done for authentication html when shown in the main part of the page)
