Windows EFI BootMgr Not Found

When trying booting from usb with stated file structure, program can't find windows EFI BootMgr. After that, normal windows boot happens. And of course - thing does not work - https://prnt.sc/uswd6c

Can you please provide how you built it?
also, can you provide the compiler and info of what you used to compile it with?

if you did not build it

If you used the "already built" version, I would first suggest to build it to make sure it isn't something simple like that. It maybe will work.

If you get the same problem in either case, please write that in a reply.
