Update digest in `staged-images/sources.json` daily

The fedora-bootc is built once a day, the digest will be changed daily. The current renovate configuration just run on Sunday, that may cause the stage image build failure on scheduled job (every Monday).

Renovate updates sources.json digest daily at least.
