Validate model by preparing synthetic LCs with fleck and analyze parameter retrieval with dot

A lot of the functions and formatting that we'll need to make this happen can be found in the tests here (added today!), which demonstrates how to reproduce a fleck model in dot. This test ensures that dot and fleck produce the same outputs for random inputs.
