Fix dashboard and then add a link to index.html

For Xi-cam:

• The Xi-cam repo should be the Xi-cam 2 repo: https://github.com/lbl-camera/Xi-cam
• Xi-cam (2)'s top-level repo is just a namespace package, but it (should) run the tests for all the others and report a top-level build and coverage status
• I use both travis and appveyor for builds, could both be displayed somehow?
