Description
Re-adding the Syndicate to issuers.info in blocktransfer/issuer-disclosures@d63bc16: we need to add this info to the AWS Issuer API (which really should be open-sourced and connected to the backend for the public site, which required refactoring).
And then we need to issue all the tokens through a single direct lookup (no CB).
