Connecting to an existing App Store Connect app?

I do not use `com.` as a prefix for my Bundle IDs. I use `co.`. Blitz didn't support that so I updated locally built copy of this repo to support it. Also, I've added the ability to connect to an existing App Store Connect app by browsing what's available. If either of these are useful, I can create a PR with my changes.
