Readme setup instructions seem outdated

I can't get the app up and running using the project readme. There is no directory called jsdev in the repository, neither build_release.sh

Also, I wasn't able to install the dependencies from requirements.txt, since I couldn't find crypto v1.1.0 (it works with 1.0.0)

the documentation is not up to date.

I split the project in backend ( bitex ) and frontend ( frontend )

jsdev is part of the frontend project, and it is the only project that I put a small effort on the documentation.
