Changing fee rate causes force closure (CLN-LDK) #3
Description
When a CLN node and LDK node have a channel between them, the fee rates often do not match up and one side force closes.
CLN is currently configured to ignore fee rate limits, so this might be happening on the LDK side.
This prohibits blast/simln from reproducing deterministic simulations.
