Add Global Search for Tools

Implement a global search feature that allows users to quickly find tools within the platform. As the number of developer utilities grows, navigating the tool list becomes harder. A search bar that filters tools by name or keyword will improve usability and help developers quickly access the required tool.

Expected Features

• Search bar in the main tools page
• Real-time filtering of tools
• Highlight matching results
• Keyboard shortcut support (optional)
