QOL: example echo testers in repo #6
Description
Currently users need to supply their own echo server and the docs recommend using simple utilities for this. They are generally not optimal however, as they don't change packets and may not be representative of a real load since hardware might be able to take shortcuts returning content which is just echoed.
When creating custom echo clients for specific applications, it's desirable to have good starting points inclusive of sane features inclusive of the above.
The solution to all of the above is to provide some example echo clients which can be quickly modified. Clients targeting at least Linux and seL4 are desirable.
