Cover the other lifecycle scripts

Looks like there's more than just preinstall and postinstall:

preinstall: Run BEFORE the package is installed
install, postinstall: Run AFTER the package is installed.
preuninstall, uninstall: Run BEFORE the package is uninstalled.
postuninstall: Run AFTER the package is uninstalled.

I think prepare (and possibly others) might be run too. Probably needs some testing...
