Register your ha-sip account as phone to the VOIP integration of home assistant

I am trying to use my fritzfons to talk to homeassistant without special hardware.
Voip integration and ha-sip app/addon are working. My sip account is registered successfully as explained and as i can see in the protocol. But i am not able to register my ha sip account to the Voip integration with the proposed script example (Basic setup: step 0). No device is appearing there. Where do i have to use/input the script example?
Perhaps somebody can help me.

i solved the problem myself by using the right sip port in the script example: not the standard 5060 of the fritzbox but the different port of the voip intergration worked!
