Input Echo Output File

MIDAS does quite a bit under the hood with user-supplied and assumed values and meta-variables. There needs to be an input-echo output file that logs all of the input variables and values that are being used/assumed by MIDAS for the requested calculation. This will be an important tool for helping users debug there '.yaml' input files and ensure that the input they provided is resulting in the behavior they expected.

Additional issue that goes well with this one:

The approach used for the validate_input() function in input_parser.py is quickly becoming intractable. I think one of the issues with this is the balance between reading the user input, validating the user input, checking logical consistency of the inputs, and assigning default values in the case of missing inputs.
Alongside the above issue of reporting all relevant input parameters in an echo to the user, whether provided by the user or not, I think a better approach for input_parser.py would be to 1) assign all default values, 2) parse user-provided inputs and overwrite defaults, 3) check logic/consistency of input values, and 4) echo final list of values back to user before continuing MIDAS execution.
