Toaster is not compatible with Content-Security-Policy, probably without a good reason

The Toaster class creates a <style> element in its JSX, which is skipped (and reported) if CSP is enabled for the page. The style element introduces just some simple rules, that should be included in a different way, one that does not cause CSP to complain.
