Describe the Bug

the AppBar Layout Preferences dialog has an overflow in the title text widget that needs fixing to avoid overflow in mobile views.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open communitypod or notepod on mobile simulator

The following assertion was thrown during layout:
A RenderFlex overflowed by 35 pixels on the right.
