SOLIDPOD: Dependency issues

Describe the Bug

When running dependency_validator, there will be some warnings as below.

These packages are used outside lib/ but are not dev_dependencies:

Fixed the dependency issue. The root cause was that when dependency_validator is run from the root directory, it scans the entire repository, including the example/ directory. The example/ directory is an independent application (demopod) with its own pubspec.yaml and dependencies. The validator incorrectly treated the dependencies in example/ as issues in the root package solidpod. To resolve this, the example/ path has been excluded in dart_dependency_validator.yaml.

In this PR, I also fixed the locmax issue in the example app.
