BLOOD PRESSURE: Support display of all observations in a scrollable window

Description

Currently I have loaded 9 observations of blood pressure into my Pod from the integration test csv sample file.

I can see all observtions under the DATA and FILES tabs.

But I can only see 5 of the observations in the VIEW tab.

I want to be able see them all in the VIEW tab.

Why

So that as a user I can review all of my observations visually.

Closing Criteria

• All tests pass
• A user can visualise all of their blood pressure observations.

Can we have a scroll bar to scroll through the observations?
