New graph from template missing groups

Describe the bug
Created a new graph from template. The groups were missing.

Steps to Reproduce
See above

Expected behavior
Create a new graph that alos includes groups from the template

My setup

• Operating System: W10
• Dynamo version: 2.0.3
• DynaMonito version: 2.1.1

• I do not have multiple versions of DynaMonito installed for one Dynamo version (only applies to 2.x version where you could have one version from the package manager and another built from source installed side-by-side)
