[Global] Windows don't update when new workspace is loaded

Would be great to be able to keep all windows open and have them recompute the list of items displayed whenever we switch to another workspace or load a new home workspace.
Affected tools:
- Find & Fix Ungrouped
- Isolate in Geometry Preview
- Manage Dynamo Player Inputs
- Search in Workspace
