Access files take a long time to buffer when skipping around

Access files are taking a while to buffer when the playhead is moved around. I imagine this is due to the change from x264 to the new h264 library that was required for creating a package installer. I don't know if this is something that can be fixed, but wanted to log it.

woah! There aren't many i-frames in this encoder. There's only 1 in the first 50. Can you find the distance between the first and second i frame? I thought the default gop size was 12 but this is so much bigger.

The size jumps around a bit, but there are 660 I frames per 208214 frames. So an average of 315 frames between I frames.
