Getting Started section for README #17

Steps to getting started would be appreciated. I am guessing I'll need to build and set up ShapeMusic? Not entirely sure yet, as I am currently downloading the samples from freesound. Knowing that those samples would need to be fetched would have been helpful though, too. I did a cider-jack-in on the project and the REPL wasn't coming up. I switched to the nrepl-server buffer in emacs and realized it was downloading samples.
