The speed estimate when starting is off #444

i mean you can close this down if you feel like it is too much of an effort. but if the download breaks because of the mysterious 'other error - error decoding response body' the next run will display some magical eta. which will stay quite a bit if the server has lots of latency. once the download starts it will correct itself, but as the download has not started yet, maybe a NA or -- would be more honest.
