Readiness for SciX ID-only records #97
Description
The code base needs to be assessed for SciX ID readiness. This in part relates to issue #89 (matching on metadata should prioritized over attempting to construct bibcodes and use those to run queries to gather metadata).
This is also the proper moment to consider replacing the unfortunate way of integrating test data; this should be done through Solr service mocking rather than integrating test code in the regular code base.
