API summary query isn't picking up some entries in titlehistory for the `summary.pubhist` field

There is a titlehistory entry for AnAp (Annales d'Astrophysique) indicating that it ran from 1938 to 1968, and was succeeded by A&A. The entry does not have a publisher listed, so it is possible that the search is returning no results because it finds no publisher with a null titlehistory.publisherid.
