tasklite does not create recurring instances

I've noticed that TaskLite does not create instances for some recurring tasks. At first, thought it was my mistake and that I already completed the task, but noticed the same pattern today...

As you can see, the task was done on "2026-02-22 14:35:15", but the new instance was never created?

I really like TaskLite and migrated from Etm to it, but I have a lot of repeating/recurring tasks, and those features are critical for me...

Any hint?
