Describe the solution you'd like
How do you like if Moondust Engine and Editor or TheXTech would have update for message variants, like: Variant 1. Just a Text Message box. Variant 2. A Speech Balloon on NPC. Variant 3. A lowerscreen text?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Each variant will have other options: with/without pace; without/with TTS Voice, SAPI4 or SAPI5 and with lip sync depends on which NPC the Event triggers, just like in Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Mouth or TTSApp. Also must support control tags.
You can put some other voices when NPC with one of some SAPI4 voices (Mike, Mary, Sam or Nicolai) are muted with /vol=1/ tag or one of any SAPI5 voices are muted with Volume 0 or 1 and the sound effect of other voice speaking will play from event.

I would like to see a potential message bank, where we define messages with support for special codes, fonts, and message speed.

This would work simular to events and layers where they are a list of messages with certain properties.
