In windows installers after getting files or smth, gives a error (problem on arch linux)

hi its mulpin, i right now on linux and i got my windows corrupted so i try to reinstall, that issue affecting ANY windows installer which be flashed through WoeUSB-ng in arch lnux (i dont know about other distro if they works well), by fact windows installator just cant prepare computer to boot into next phase of installation
laptop: dell latitude 5400, os: arch linux with hyprland
