Add Coverage Badge with no External Service Required #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A test coverage badge would be a nice addition, but most of the GitHub Actions required external services or a custom Gist setup. There is one exception that I have found: https://github.com/tj-actions/coverage-badge-py.
Unfortunately, it limits badge style to "flat."

A coverage badge with no external services required, but adaptable to any of the 5 major styles of badges.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have reviewed all of the other Actions on GitHub for coverage badges that I could find.
