event handler for variables

Hello,

We have the requirement that the SCSS variables are read dynamically from the database, as the user independently specifies hex codes via the interface, which then influence the layout of the website.

I have no way of implementing this via TypoScript. My idea was therefore to find out whether an event can be called to adjust the variables.

Is this a use case for you? If so, I would make a PR - otherwise I would just leave it in my fork.
