What happened?

Every time I tried to create a Windows Vista virtual machine on VirtualBox, I see this:

How can we reproduce this?

I filled in the details of the VirtualBox New Virtual Machine wizard, chose my Windows Vista ISO file, and got the VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED and the VERR_NOT_FOUND errors.
