When httpListenAddr.useProxyProtocol is added to extraArgs the probes are not converted to TCP and would fail. As a result, deployment won't rollout and the object would get stuck in expanding.
This works in 0.67 and latest masters, but fails on every 0.68 release. See #1979 for a test
