All issues are bugs with CAPTCHAS not loading or never finishing etc.
Most of these CAPTCHA bugs will be fixed by #1194
Once its merged, UV / Dynamic choice for proxy will be overridden with Scramjet
If something doesn't work, tell me what and switch to UV for the time being
