Hoverable indicators to every icon

All icons should have a nice explaining text on hover

• closed sidebar icons
• sidebar toggle icon both closed and open
• prompt modal delete/copy/edit icons
• Course statistics -page cloud icon
• closed sidebar icons shouldn't show a tooltip if disabled. Or the tooltip should tell why they're disabled (chat is empty).
