Save SVG by Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S even on a non-QWERTY system keymap? #2866
Description
I'm not sure this is by design, but saving the current layer by Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S key combination (#2783) requires S to be the key at the position of S in QWERTY layout. In my environment (Linux, Xorg, US Dvorak layout), this is logically Ctrl+Shift+Alt+O, which is not intuitive (because everyone will assume S is for Save!).
