The README.md needs to be renamed to how to edit documentation, and a new README needs to be written that has:

Then Links to or a Master index/table of contents.
README FIRST - Safety.
Unboxing and Assembly
Battery safety and charging.
Turning on the robot, assuring that it is operational.
Connecting to the Robot
Trouble Shooting
Driving the Robot manually
Advanced topics.
