The linked website shows only unreadable characters

I've just tried to read the linked installation instructions, but when I open the website, I only see binary data converted to characters. All the pages linked from jamesachambers.com show similar results (maybe unrecognized compression?). I live in Germany but I don't think it would be the problem. I've tried with Firefox, Chrome and on Handy from Safari too, always the same result. Can you please check if something

I have the same issue. I've tried multiple PCs, tablets and phones with different browsers.
