Better Triggers

• Classic trigger condition/action editing speed needs to be improved for maps with large quantities of strings
• Suggestions must be improved, maybe rewritten, as there seems to be architectural issues as well as buggy behavior (e.g. deselecting without having made a change sometimes clears or changes an item)
• Trigger reading must be improved, e.g. to have a view like that of the trigger list that can display all of a triggers contents

Issue found during this work: updating editor strings from the string editor isn't updating the correct string (fix for this was in release 2.09)

Much more fundamental performance issue: undo-redo tanks on large maps due to refreshing every window.

Performance has been massively been improved (on the feature/better-triggers branch currently) including the undo-redo time (though that's still more than ideal) using a number of different changes.
