Give option to have a standard input to bottom of text mode window

When in text mode add a line input with a send button.  This would be like the binary mode, but is only 1 line high.

Also giving it a history and support for the up/down arrows so that it can work like a command line history would be nice.

This needs to be optional so that the default is to work as it does now.
