Minimap brightness

Describe the new feature.

Add a feature where you could adjust the brightness of the fullscreen minimap. the smaller minimap in the corner of the screen is just the brightness :)

I will likely add a shader that bumps the brightness by a factor of .2 or something.

Looking into this, it is not as simple as I originally thought. I may add a new map filter in the next release that bumps brightness by a fixed amount, this will be a bandaid fix. Getting this to work properly with a slider will require significant rewrite for our rendering logic, which is perfectly fine because that rewrite needs to be done for 26.2 when mojang dumps opengl for vulkan. THe current tile rendering pipeline will not work for vulkan.
So for the next beta version, I will add a new filter shader, or two, that will give a bump in map brightness. But later on, when I rewrite the pipeline, it will be a slider to darken or lighten the map.
