Binary hotloading

Being worked on in feat/hot-load-binary.

• Update source mapping and editor text
• Update binary metadata obtained using --dump-info.

Still has some bugs, possibly related to the checkpointing counter not being reset when loading in a new module.
-> Maybe we could detect out of sync multiverse graphs by seeing if the incoming checkpoints don't match?
