It should give you the option, they're mostly used for additional entitlements. I'd recommend SideStore though which is better in almost every way and allows you to sign the other app extensions with the same profile so it only uses one appID. |

Are all the app IDs necessary? When I sideload other apps with altstore it gives me the option to not install the additional app IDs but I didn't get that option with SpotveeC.
