wrong timer on bufficon

Hi,

it's seems that the time flows differently for bufficon and ends early compared to layers or items timer.

For examle

.cast s_protection
.show findlayer.layer_spell_protection.timer

Tested on last release, fresh install with client 7.0.7.1.
