Description

Current method of manually marking messages as seen is tedious in conversations where you want to persistently show that you are actively reading current messages

Describe the solution you'd like

Restore toggle based read receipts instead of marking messages seen, or allow users to choose whether they want to manually mark messages as seen or toggle read receipts to be on in conversation
