feat: disabling comments and vanity metrics

Description

An aditional feature I think people would enjoy is perhaps disabling comments or atleast the ability to see other peoples comments. Removing the vanity metrics isn't something as significant imo but would be pretty cool

comments
vanity metrics: likes, comments, share/saves etc

Not using feed or reels

Would you want to remove the bar altogether (that holds the like/comment/share buttons), the individual buttons, or just the metrics themselves?

just mainly the metrics themselves.

The latest version of the dev branch has the option to disable all metrics!

As for removing the comment buttons, I haven't found a simple way to do it at the moment, so it'll have to be done at a later point where I can investigate the best way to remove them (while preserving the layout to prevent a gap in between buttons).
