this type of information could be displayed on someone's profile when it is viewed
This was a feature in the old instagram tweak I used to use, Plus for Instagram, however I cannot find an image of what it looked like specifically.

Something like this for example, aesthetics could be better than this but even this is great

Great suggestion! There's some reminants of this feature left in from the previous tweak developer (though just vague hints to the feature in the headers), which makes me think this should be achievable. Will look into it for future updates!
